A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to support their North American K12, Higher Ed, and Professional Learning customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the customer experience for all assigned customers
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Sales to increase market share
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the company, addressing concerns and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • College degree (BS, BA, etc.)
  • Customer-facing background within the software industry
  • Ability to work North America hours
  • Strong team mentality and ability to multitask
  • Experience with customer engagement tracking tools like Gainsight and Salesforce
