Key Responsibilities
- Manage the customer experience for all assigned customers
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Sales to increase market share
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company, addressing concerns and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- College degree (BS, BA, etc.)
- Customer-facing background within the software industry
- Ability to work North America hours
- Strong team mentality and ability to multitask
- Experience with customer engagement tracking tools like Gainsight and Salesforce
