Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume call environment
- Maintain full-time availability for a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
- Utilize technical skills to navigate software applications and manage calls effectively
Required Qualifications
- Must have a reliable wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- Possess a high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse for optimal performance
- Available to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
- Preferred residency in Florida or Texas
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
