Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training and Support Specialist (Remote, Night shift).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct new hire orientation and training programs, guiding employees through onboarding and skill enhancement
- Design and improve training programs, including advanced training for career advancement and leadership roles
- Provide real-time feedback and coaching to employees, and monitor training effectiveness to recommend program enhancements
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of training experience in lead generation, sales, technical support, or customer support
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Office
- Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace suitable for virtual training
- Willingness to work on a graveyard shift
