Reimbursement Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Lead and plan billing operations for multiple medical billing departments
• Design, implement, and enforce billing policies and procedures to improve collections

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year Associate degree preferred
• 3-5 years of progressive DME/Revenue Cycle Management experience
• Project management experience preferred
• Proficient in at least one recognized billing system (e.g., Brightree, TIMs)
• California payer HME/DME experience preferred
