Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician Patient Outreach Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to eligible patients to enroll them in the specialty pharmacy program
• Educate patients on the services provided by the specialty pharmacy program
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company values while communicating with patients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Licensed Massachusetts pharmacy technician; national certification preferred but not required
• 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related experience
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License preferred
• Commitment to obtaining required licensure if not currently held
• Participation in training to become nationally certified within 6 months of hire is expected
