Medicaid Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment and Billing Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee data integrity of member enrollment records and remittance files
• Provide support for the eligibility load process and resolve issues
• Generate reports and maintain quality standards as per regulations

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled shifts from Sunday to Saturday, 7am to 8pm EST
• Experience in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Exposure to Medicaid LOB operations preferred
• Ability to complete tasks within specified turnaround times
