Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Tier 1 Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls while providing excellent customer service
- Assist with account access issues, including password resets and ID reactivation
- Log and update customer interactions in the tracking system according to procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for a security clearance
- Experience supporting I.T./Helpdesk call centers preferred
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical abilities and a customer service-oriented focus
