Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Tier 1 Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls while providing excellent customer service
  • Assist with account access issues, including password resets and ID reactivation
  • Log and update customer interactions in the tracking system according to procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for a security clearance
  • Experience supporting I.T./Helpdesk call centers preferred
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical abilities and a customer service-oriented focus
