Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Manager, Specialty Welding and Machining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and leverage key customer relationships to create proposals that meet customer needs and secure opportunities
- Assess market trends and collaborate with sales on pricing strategies and order negotiations
- Engage with project teams and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments and support market growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in product management or operations, preferably in welding and machining or nuclear field service
- Knowledge of field welding and machining
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships
