Key Responsibilities
- Manage a defined set of customers to ensure adoption, outcomes, and retention
- Collaborate with customers to define success criteria and create actionable success plans
- Monitor account health, address risks, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role
- Proven track record managing accounts, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry
- Experience driving adoption and value realization using technology and data
- Ability to balance efficiency with personalization across multiple accounts
- Familiarity with SaaS business models, subscription renewals, and expansion strategies is a plus
