Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their Customer Success team remotely in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor account health, address risks, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role
  • Proven track record managing accounts, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry
  • Experience driving adoption and value realization using technology and data
  • Ability to balance efficiency with personalization across multiple accounts
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models, subscription renewals, and expansion strategies is a plus
