Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II - Non-Exempt.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify prior authorization requirements and obtain necessary authorizations
  • Coordinate required paperwork and follow up on authorization status
  • Assist with appealing prior authorization denials and manage special cases
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • AAPC Coding Certificate is a plus
  • College degree is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred
  • Customer service experience is preferred
