A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II - Non-Exempt.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify prior authorization requirements and obtain necessary authorizations
- Coordinate required paperwork and follow up on authorization status
- Assist with appealing prior authorization denials and manage special cases
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- AAPC Coding Certificate is a plus
- College degree is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
