Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain current knowledge of contract requirements and objectives
  • Respond to inquiries from providers and Medicare contractors via calls and written communication
  • Educate providers on processes and appeal rights while conducting necessary follow-ups
Required Qualifications:
  • At least two years of experience in a call center or customer service position
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Must maintain HIPAA Certification
  • Claims processing/billing experience preferred
