Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients through chat, phone, and video, providing support and education on pet health
• Triage cases and review medical records to offer informed recommendations
• Document patient interactions and verify prescriptions while ensuring excellent client care

Required Qualifications

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician with successful completion of the VTNE
• At least two years of experience in small animal veterinary medicine
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs and online platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Dedicated work environment with a quiet, distraction-free space and high-speed internet
