Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Operations Analyst to provide technical support and enhance service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure rapid resolution of incidents and requests with a customer service focus
  • Manage ticket resolution through the ITSM tool, taking ownership of issues until resolution
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement permanent fixes and support onboarding of new services
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a large organization providing Enterprise IT support
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes for service management
  • ITIL V4 foundation certification or higher
  • Technical experience with Windows servers, desktop OS, and Microsoft 365
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN networking and firewalls
