A company is looking for a Service Operations Analyst to provide technical support and enhance service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure rapid resolution of incidents and requests with a customer service focus
- Manage ticket resolution through the ITSM tool, taking ownership of issues until resolution
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement permanent fixes and support onboarding of new services
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a large organization providing Enterprise IT support
- Familiarity with ITIL processes for service management
- ITIL V4 foundation certification or higher
- Technical experience with Windows servers, desktop OS, and Microsoft 365
- Understanding of LAN/WAN networking and firewalls
