Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketplace Client Liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients during the auction process
• Manage consignment packages and post-sale issues while acting as a point of contact for clients
• Conduct data entry and database management related to car consignments and transactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Background in client relationship management
• Knowledge in Microsoft suite
• Ability to manage time in an independent work-from-home environment
• Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley, if applicable
