Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address inquiries and concerns
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues, escalating when necessary
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes while meeting sales objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfortable using a desktop computer and Windows operating systems
