Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative Outbound (Part-time).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage outbound calls for product, e-commerce, parts, and repair requests
- Deliver first-level assessment, support, and resolution of customer care issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of service-related experience in a call center environment
- Proven track record of remote experience and fast-paced environment is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook is required
- Experience with Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) systems is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
