Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, attract, and retain high-potential individual contributors for Insurance and Reseller Customer Success
- Manage and develop Customer Success Managers (CSMs) through regular one-on-one meetings
- Evaluate customer service processes and implement improvements to enhance customer experience and retention
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Customer Service or Account Management teams
- Experience in customer journey mapping to improve satisfaction and retention
- Ability to assess and communicate software technology and SaaS offerings
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
