Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, attract, and retain high-potential individual contributors for Insurance and Reseller Customer Success
  • Manage and develop Customer Success Managers (CSMs) through regular one-on-one meetings
  • Evaluate customer service processes and implement improvements to enhance customer experience and retention


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Customer Service or Account Management teams
  • Experience in customer journey mapping to improve satisfaction and retention
  • Ability to assess and communicate software technology and SaaS offerings
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
