Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise Accounts to serve as a trusted advisor to strategic and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the success and outcomes of the largest and most complex enterprise customers
  • Drive adoption and maximize utilization of products within large organizations
  • Lead enterprise-level implementations and design tailored enablement programs
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS technology, preferably in financial services
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise Customer Success lifecycle
  • Experience leading large-scale software rollouts at Fortune 500 companies
  • Familiarity with mortgage, consumer lending, or fintech technology
  • Background in a high-growth startup environment
