Key Responsibilities
- Own the success and outcomes of the largest and most complex enterprise customers
- Drive adoption and maximize utilization of products within large organizations
- Lead enterprise-level implementations and design tailored enablement programs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS technology, preferably in financial services
- Deep understanding of the enterprise Customer Success lifecycle
- Experience leading large-scale software rollouts at Fortune 500 companies
- Familiarity with mortgage, consumer lending, or fintech technology
- Background in a high-growth startup environment
