Mobile Order Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mobility Order Management Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and manage carrier orders for mobile services
• Drive escalations with carriers and vendors to resolution
• Document and update process guides while leading vendor onboarding and training

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of mobile hardware procurement and customer support experience
• 3+ years of experience with major mobile carriers in a wholesale environment or 5+ years in retail
• Advanced knowledge of mobile industry best practices
• Ability to coach team members and handle difficult conversations professionally
• BA/BS in a related field is helpful
