Collection Subrogation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UM Subrogation Specialist to manage collections and coordinate dispute resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with businesses to collect outstanding balances and provide necessary documentation
• Negotiate claims' resolutions with insurance carriers and establish agreements for lien releases
• Prepare investigative correspondence and maintain account work standards as assigned by management

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in 3rd party collections and/or subrogation
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and negotiate settlements
• Customer service experience is required
• Dependability and a goal-oriented mindset
