Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers in a Call Center environment while delivering quality service
- Prepare documents as needed to fulfill customer requests and educate customers on policy terms
- Maintain accurate customer account information and place outbound calls as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Previous telephone customer service experience preferred
- Ability to perform accurate data input into various software
- PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)
