Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Configuration Support II Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and resolves issues related to technology software products or applications
• Designs, verifies, documents, and modifies technology software product configurations for deployment
• Develops and executes test plans and collaborates across teams for comprehensive test coverage

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• No supervisory experience required
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred: 5-10 years of relevant experience
