Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Records Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Epic applications, workflows, printing, and access issues
• Troubleshoot application, account, and workflow issues for clinical and administrative staff
• Monitor and manage incidents in ServiceNow according to SLAs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Epic technical support experience in healthcare
• Proficient with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Strong understanding of EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts)
• Epic certification is preferred
• Experience supporting Epic modules like Ambulatory or Inpatient is a plus
