Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage patient registration, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling
- Handle system red flags and manage EHR documentation and communication with clinical staff
- Respond to inquiries from patients, family members, and staff in a professional manner
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a medical office or related environment
- Experience with scheduling appointments
- Proficient in MS Office applications and EHR systems (preferably Epic)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
