Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, cancel, and confirm medical appointments based on patient preferences and physician guidelines
- Respond to non-scheduling inquiries and route calls appropriately
- Collect and maintain accurate patient registration and insurance information to ensure timely payment for services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience required
- Proficiency in computer operations and ability to navigate various software applications
- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a suitable workspace and internet connection
