Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide automotive maintenance and repair expertise to support leasing offices, clients, and vendors
• Review and ensure proper repair and maintenance services are performed according to recommendations and pricing standards
• Analyze client needs and repair orders to provide recommendations and negotiate order pricing

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 current ASE certifications
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Six months of customer service experience required
• Two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications preferred
