Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle approximately 50-60 calls and 50-60 emails daily to address customer inquiries
  • Assist members with registration, purchases, gym membership enrollment, cancellations, refunds, and technical support
  • Work with the Support Manager to monitor trends and escalate issues requiring IT support
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of two years' experience in product or customer support
  • Interest in wellness or fitness, with prior experience in corporate wellness preferred
  • Highly organized with previous customer service experience
