Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part-time Customer Retention Representative to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer questions regarding coverage, premiums, and policy information
- Make outbound calls to existing policyholders to collect delinquent premium payments and resell policy benefits
- Record policyholder information for reporting and transactional purposes
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
- Experience in a call center environment preferred
- Some insurance and/or sales experience preferred
