Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join their Technical Support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical problem resolution and document solutions in the call tracking system
- Assist in building processes and procedures while updating customers on case statuses
- Become a product expert through software testing to resolve challenging customer issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least three years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Ability to work well in a team and be self-guided in daily tasks
- Experience in analyzing and solving technical issues effectively
- Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT
