Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Representative (Relationship Coordinator) fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their needs and document all interactions in Salesforce
- Follow up on Long-Term Care leads and Personal Care service requests, ensuring timely scheduling of appointments
- Educate prospective members on enrollment processes and coordinate fulfillment of informational materials
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluency in English and an additional language (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
- Experience in member or customer service
- Adequate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a remote environment with reliable internet connection
