Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 10 years of experience, or a master's degree with 5 years of related experience
- Proven experience in strategic customer onboarding and post-sales lifecycle management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in the mortgage industry with specific knowledge of loan servicing
- Ability to provide guidance to others in project management using product/service expertise
