Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address questions and concerns
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues while tracking call-related information
- Respond to requests for assistance, process payments, and provide feedback on call issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred
- Proven call center experience and a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Ability to set up home Wi-Fi networks and configure routers or switches
- Core proficiency with laptop or desktop computers
