Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address questions and concerns
  • Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues while tracking call-related information
  • Respond to requests for assistance, process payments, and provide feedback on call issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred
  • Proven call center experience and a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Ability to set up home Wi-Fi networks and configure routers or switches
  • Core proficiency with laptop or desktop computers
