Medicaid Eligibility Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Benefits Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance the Mercy Receivables system while managing databases and reporting
• Support Medicaid screening and application processing, and develop KPI reports for trend analysis
• Collaborate with team members and serve as a liaison with state agencies to resolve Medicaid issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business/information systems preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of Medicaid Eligibility experience; five (5) years preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience with a high volume of transactions and computer systems
• Ability to be on-call for system testing or troubleshooting
