About the Role

In this critical role, you will:

• Analyze reports and flag inappropriate content, including hate speech, harassment, and spam, to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content reviewers, policy experts, and product developers, to share knowledge, strategies, and insights on content moderation trends and best practices.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving policies and procedures related to content moderation, helping us stay ahead of emerging trends and challenges.
• Engage with community feedback and behavior, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the overall user experience.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:
