Oklahoma Licensed Primary Care Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Primary Care Nurse RN or LPN - Hybrid Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, effective, and patient-centered care in collaboration with primary care providers
• Partner with patients and clinical care team members to drive quality outcomes
• Perform duties in alignment with the organization's mission, values, and service standards

Required Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited school of nursing (RN or LPN)
• Active nursing licensure in the state of Oklahoma (RN or LPN)
• Preferred education includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Preferred experience of 6 months in nursing, with primary care experience being helpful but not required
