A company is looking for a Member Services Intake Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with the initial setup of balance bills and respond to related inquiries
- Accurately input member balance bill information into the database while managing turnaround SLAs
- Communicate with the Audit Team and third-party partners to obtain necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service position, preferably in healthcare
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet navigation
- Experience in healthcare or billing environments is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
