Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scan post closing documents and prepare policies after closing
  • Send out copies of closing documents and policies to clients, including cover letters
  • Open files in KV Connect and prepare invoices for closings
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of accountability and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Ability to work in both team-oriented and self-directed environments
  • Customer service oriented with great time management skills
