Key Responsibilities
- Scan post closing documents and prepare policies after closing
- Send out copies of closing documents and policies to clients, including cover letters
- Open files in KV Connect and prepare invoices for closings
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of accountability and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Ability to work in both team-oriented and self-directed environments
- Customer service oriented with great time management skills
