Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with C-suite customers to ensure maximum value from the platform
  • Guide customers and account teams in creating Success Plans and conducting strategic planning sessions
  • Mitigate churn through risk identification and provide internal feedback to improve customer service


Required Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience in Customer Success or account management with complex SaaS products
  • Experience managing an Enterprise book of business with strategic engagements
  • Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with customer partners
  • Understanding of Jira and Confluence use cases and configuration trade-offs
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Gainsight and Salesforce
