Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status and product requests
- Process customer returns according to department policies and procedures
- Collaborate with Medical Billing to resolve disputed billing charges
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of medical industry or call center/customer service experience
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical publications and sales training tools
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and database software
- Knowledge of call center telecommunications software is a plus
