Key Responsibilities
- Assist federal employees and retirees with plan enrollment and account creation
- Address general plan questions and provide site navigation support
- Manage high call volumes during the open enrollment season
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Must have a personal computer and a wired internet connection
- Experience with Windows 11 operating system
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Ability to work in a quiet, uninterrupted space
- Must be available during open enrollment season from November 10 to December 8
