Key Responsibilities
- Maintain client data records and ensure high-quality information from business development through project closeout
- Administer client account and project document processes for timely execution
- Coordinate early-stage client engagement logistics to enable successful project launches
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of client operations experience or in a sales support role
- BA / BS in a related field
- Familiarity with CRM systems (SalesForce and HubSpot preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
