Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to ensure the overall success of client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain client data records and ensure high-quality information from business development through project closeout
  • Administer client account and project document processes for timely execution
  • Coordinate early-stage client engagement logistics to enable successful project launches
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of client operations experience or in a sales support role
  • BA / BS in a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (SalesForce and HubSpot preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
