Job Summary
A company is looking for a Life Insurance Customer Care Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls from policyholders, beneficiaries, and agents regarding life insurance policies
- Provide information on coverage details, premium payments, policy changes, and claim status
- Assist customers with policy servicing requests and guide beneficiaries through the claims filing process
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or customer service (life insurance experience a plus)
- Proficiency in CRM and call center software
- Ability to explain policy terms and processes clearly
- Experience in an inbound call center environment
