Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life Insurance Customer Care Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls from policyholders, beneficiaries, and agents regarding life insurance policies
  • Provide information on coverage details, premium payments, policy changes, and claim status
  • Assist customers with policy servicing requests and guide beneficiaries through the claims filing process
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or customer service (life insurance experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in CRM and call center software
  • Ability to explain policy terms and processes clearly
  • Experience in an inbound call center environment
