A company is looking for a Client Service Representative to work remotely for a 12-month contract with the potential for permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional communication with clients via phone and email
• Explain processes and guide customers in using various websites and software applications
• Troubleshoot and research issues to resolve customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center
• Experience level: Experienced
• Ability to work from 10 AM to 7 PM Central Time
• Familiarity with MS Outlook and MS Office
