Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and provide contract-related support
- Prepare and review various types of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and renew contracts effectively
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sales/maintenance contract support
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer support environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with NetSuite, ERMA, and other contract management software is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email
