A company is looking for a Contract Administrator to provide management and administrative support to enhance customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide contract-related support
  • Prepare and review various types of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and renew contracts effectively
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sales/maintenance contract support
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer support environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with NetSuite, ERMA, and other contract management software is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email
