A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist 1 to provide high-quality service in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy changes and contractual options
- Serve as a contact for advisors and staff for post-sale service on existing policies
- Coordinate resolution of policy changes and educate customers on available online resources
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent with 2+ years of related work experience required
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service standards
- Must become an associated person of Principal Securities Inc. requiring fingerprinting and a full background check
