Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster for remote work in NY/NJ/PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney involvement
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service
• Engage in negotiation processes to reach fair and timely injury settlements

Required Qualifications

• Prior represented third-party casualty claim handling experience in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania
• Residence in the Eastern or Central Time Zones
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and attorneys through various channels
• Experience using innovative platforms and tools for claims management
• Must not reside in California, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
