Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Quality Specialist to assist in Medication Therapy Management and quality programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and document member demographic and medication information into the MTM platform
• Contact members to explain MTM benefits and schedule appointments for comprehensive medication reviews
• Support Medicare Star and other quality initiatives through outreach and coordination with healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in a related field
• Active pharmacy technician license in the state of North Carolina is preferred
