Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide customer support and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field customer support requests and provide technical expertise via online support software
  • Answer incoming calls and explain the proper use of the software and its capabilities
  • Troubleshoot customer challenges using systematic troubleshooting processes
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1+ year experience in a Customer Support role
  • Ability to present information and solutions in an organized and professional manner
  • Self-motivated with a strong focus on customer support
  • Understanding of troubleshooting methodologies to resolve customer challenges
  • Experience with QuickBooks, accounting, and inventory management software preferred but not required
