Key Responsibilities
- Field customer support requests and provide technical expertise via online support software
- Answer incoming calls and explain the proper use of the software and its capabilities
- Troubleshoot customer challenges using systematic troubleshooting processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year experience in a Customer Support role
- Ability to present information and solutions in an organized and professional manner
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on customer support
- Understanding of troubleshooting methodologies to resolve customer challenges
- Experience with QuickBooks, accounting, and inventory management software preferred but not required
