A company is looking for a Patient Access Representative (Home-Based).
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients, verify demographics, and manage registration processes
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with nursing teams and providers
- Assist with patient financial arrangements and collect payments
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary education is helpful
- One year of work experience in a medical office setting is preferred
- Medical terminology knowledge is helpful
- Six months of customer service experience is desired
- BLS certification may be required for certain locations and/or settings
