A company is looking for a Collection Support 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound collection calls and emails
- Negotiate with customers to obtain immediate payment and resolve delinquent accounts
- Perform skip tracing on accounts and participate in special projects as required
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- At least one year of customer support experience in the transportation industry
- Basic knowledge of accounting and skip tracing
- Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Google Sheets and Office products
- Familiarity with FDCPA and applicable federal laws
